Please fill out this form if you would like to request to defer your application to another semester. You can request a deferral to a term up to one year in the future from your original date of admission. PhD Applicants Do Not use this form, submit your request by emailing vasephd@usc.edu.

If you have previously been denied admission to a graduate program at USC Viterbi School of Engineering, you are not eligible to request a deferral.
